In May 2015, RCT Homes agreed three additional phases of development extending well into 2015.

United Welsh

United Welsh has reached "live status" with our PanConnect Self-Service solution, enabling their customers with digital access to their tenancy account through web portal and mobile apps.

New mobile feature: Tasks for BPM June 2015

Our Tasks engine was revamped and now allows for large multi-step business processes, with strict conditionals and prerequisites for each step, to be orchestrated based on the administered configuration. Tasks can also now be triggered from the mobile device itself. The Tasks BPM feature is, as always, designed to work seamlessly offline thanks to our meticulously implemented conflict resolution logic. New integration: MacroPilot May 2015

We can now integrate with even the oldest and most uncompliant systems, or those which you would need to buy expensive licenses for in order to enable the web services or other integration points.

MacroPilot is a safety net for such scenarios. It can replicate the human actions on a graphical user interface such as button clicks, keyboard input, form field entries. And it can do all this in a scripted & automated fashion. Training the MacroPilot is a very simple “screen recording” procedure which takes just a few minutes, after which the macro can be repeatedly played back thousands of times per day (with different input parameters).

New mobile feature: Saved Forms May 2015

Now you can save forms that are a work-in-progress or transfer them to another operative.

This feature also provides auto-recovery of valuable form data in the event of a software/hardware crash, for example, an exhausted battery.

New mobile feature: Paper Preview March 2015

As part of our ongoing commitment to product innovation, Paper Preview combines the best of legacy paper forms and 21st century digital forms.

With Paper Preview, we can overlay the form values entered on a digital form on top of the placeholder positions of a legacy paper form.

This feature works seamlessly on both the mobile device (including offline) as well as back on the server side.

New integration: Capita Swordfish EDM March 2015

As part of the RCT Homes project, we successfully integrated with the Capita Swordfish electronic document management system.

This allows all hard copies of forms to be written back to the on-premise Swordfish system. The solution is fault tolerant and high performance and is open to extension for other customers.
