What is PanConnect Mobile?

PanConnect Mobile brings the modern revolution of agile mobile working to your line of business. Mobile working is a new and highly efficient way of working which allows your customer facing teams to work remotely, out in the field, whilst still having full interactive access to all of the familiar information in your existing back-office systems.

Even in remote areas where there is no WiFi or mobile phone signal available, your employees can still complete their work in real-time. When a signal becomes available again the system will securely synchronise itself by uploading recent actions by the user and/or downloading new or revised master data.

The system is a completely standalone solution, requiring no additional third party software. It can be either cloud hosted by ourselves or one of our channel partners, or you can choose to self host the system on your own equipment.

Offline working, by design

A mobile-optimised copy of your master data is stored on the mobile device. All app configuration is stored locally too. Provides high performance and seamless working in bad signal areas.

Unrivalled synchronisation technology

Our app automatically selects from several different kinds of sync for various different types of data and scenarios, all of which are some combination of a “incremental” and/or “binary differential” protocol. All sync data is compressed with a “LZMA” algorithm to ensure the absolute best bandwidth savings. Our best engineers worked on this technology to ensure your monthly mobile data plan bills are kept as low as possible.

We've created some bespoke integration modules for certain third-party systems and markets to save you time, including:

  • Electronic document stores: Capita Swordfish, Azure DocumentDB, Amazon Web Services, Sharepoint and more.
  • Our MacroPilot tool, a screen oriented macro engine, that can replicate the actions of a human; for those trickiest of systems that lack any integration points.

Our integration toolset was designed from the outset to be highly secure, efficient and reliable.

All communications between your on-premise servers and our servers (if you host with us) are conducted across a highly reliable messaging service bus that is 2048-bit SSL secured. Everything is also highly compressed to save bandwidth.
